Boat:

Each swimmer will be accompanied at all times by a boat or sea kayak that he/she arranges himself/herself, in case of impossibility, contact the organizer.

4:45 – 6:00 start at Nová Pec

Rules:

The swimmer must not touch the boat, or the shore. The use of fins, paddles, floats, etc. is not permitted. The swimmer provides his/her own food and drinks for the crossing. Only swimsuits made of textile material that does not offer a thermal or buoyancy advantage are allowed. The swimming cap can only be one and of silicone. Condition of participation – proven completion of at least one 10 km. 

Members of the relay must always take turns in the same order, each swimmer should swim at least 1 km or 20 minutes. Upon changing, the next swimmer must enter the water behind the current swimmer, who may exit the water once the next swimmer swims past him/her.

Insurance:

The swimmer must provide his/her own insurance.

Security:

The escort will have a cellphone in a waterproof case, an application installed that can be used for navigation in case of fog, exact coordinates will be provided at the briefing in the evening before race.
